• If our sale by owner clients decide to list with an agent, we put them in touch with agents we have worked with in the past.
• Realtors receive our referral business and we forward the home owner's tour to them for continuing marketing assistance at no cost.
• Agents receive a fully functional Realtor.com compliant tour.  
• All of our Realtors understand that in order to participate with us they agree to pay the original tour cost back to the home owner at closing.
